okay resource

I thought I would be able to use them more, maybe make a puzzle out of them for the students, but it didn't work out that way. I am going to keep working to see how I can fit them into more of my lessons.

We used this to review letters toward the second half of the year after initial introduction. My student were excited to uncover the images. It would be awesome if there were options for long vs short vowel. We also struggled with a few of the images and needed to discuss instead of guessing what it would be (ex: oven)

I have these letter puzzles separated into sound bins. Students are able to build the puzzles on their templates and "read" me the pictures. My kiddos enjoy these and they are great for independent work time.

Kids enjoyed the puzzles, but some of the pictures they didn't know what they were which made it hard.

I love these puzzles. My students love spreading out the pieces and building the puzzles during station time. I love that if a piece gets damaged, I can just print another set.

These were a bit complicated for my RTI students at first. I would have to help get them started. They really enjoyed putting them together once I helped a little!

I love that these puzzles have students putting the pieces together to form the letter. Having pictures on each letter is also very helpful to letter-sound connections.

This was a fun activity that helped her learn a bunch of different words that start with the letter Bb. It was also fun to have it in a puzzle form for us to do together.
