Alphabet I-Spy Mats

$3.00

These alphabet I-Spy mats are perfect for preschool and kindergarten. They help students practice letter recognition, beginning sounds identification and letter formation.

Students will trace the letter in the middle of the mat. Then they will find all the pictures that begin with that letter on the mat and cover them.

Use the I-Spy mats in your alphabet centers, for morning work or as an early finisher task.

In addition, it comes in color and black and white for ease of use.

This resource is included in the Alphabet Mats and Alphabet Worksheets!

Amazing resource for small group instruction and for center time! My students enjoy playing this in partners as a game, hunting and finding taking turns to look at each picture and finding the beginning sound!

My students enjoyed these resources. They are engaging for the beginning of the year and with my students who need extra support. Thank you for sharing.

I had difficulty printing the complete set. I have shopped this store before and have had no problem downloading and printing. I was only able to print part of the alphabet and it was fine, but could not print the entire set.

Hi Diane, I am not sure why you are having that issue. No one else has contacted us about this and we are able to print the whole alphabet. So, I think it may be related to your computer or the software you are using to open the file. One thing you can try is to choose 'print as image' in the printer dialogue. If that doesn't work, please contact us at danielle@funlearningforkids.com and we can troubleshoot further.

I used this resource for our morning language centers time. My students were attracted to the colorful pictures and had no trouble recognizing the pictures. I particularly like that I can show my students how to do the work, but don't have to stand over them because the tracing letters are numbered (where to begin and continue tracing), making it easy and satisfying for them to do the work on their own. This resource was very reasonably priced, which is so helpful for teachers (who often pay for their own curriculum)!
