Letter Recognition Find and Cover

These alphabet letter recognition find and cover mats are great for preschool, pre-k and kindergarten. They help students practice letter recognition in a fun and engaging way.

Use the find and cover in your alphabet centers or add them to your literacy stations.

In addition, this alphabet activity comes in color and black and white for ease of use.

Students will pull a card from the pile and find that letter on the mat. Then they will continue until they have covered every letter on the mat.

Optional partner activity:

Take turns pulling cards and covering letters. The first player to get 4 in a row, wins!
