Beginning Blends I-Spy Mats Phonics Activity

These beginning blends I-Spy mats are going to make learning blends so much fun in kindergarten and first grade.

Students will really enjoy searching the mats for words that begin with a certain blend and using phonemic awareness to listen for blends in words.

This set comes in color and black and white for ease of use.

Students look at the blend in the middle of the mat and then find pictures of words that start with that blend and cover them.
